Job Description	Duties & Responsibilities: Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, reference, head-hunting,  walking, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience,  areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status. Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for  all assigned client requirements in a timely manner Search resumes in various available Job Portals Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds and other position requirements Conducts initial interviews by phone and Inperson to determine experience and skill level Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position Continuos follow up with candidates and taking up the accountability Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement Submit the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval. Negotiate salary with candidates and negotiate pay rate and notice period and close the position. Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for placements Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant. Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
