• Freshers [B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BHM, M Com, MA graduates - 2011-12 batch only] with 55% plus marks throughout the academics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making skills
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Willingness to work in 24*7 working environment

Laterals

• 1 years - 3 years of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound voice support to International Call Centers via telephone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making skills
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Willingness to work in 24*7 working environment

Qualification:  B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BHM, M.Com, MA

The following candidates need not apply:

• BE / B.Tech / MCA/ MBA
• Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company
• Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
• Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months
