National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM) is a premier research Institute dedicated to the development of rock engineering technology based on intense multi-disciplinary research. NIRM is looking for Scientists/Scientific/Supporting/Administrative

(1) SCIENTIST-II .. 
Qualifications : 1st Class BE in Mining/Civil Engineering with 6 years experience (or) M.Tech./ME with 4 years experience, Ph.D (Science) with 2 years experience/Ph.D (Engg.) 

(2) SCIENTIST-III .. 

Qualifications : 1st Class BE in Mining/Civil Engineering with 12 years experience (or) M.Tech./ME/Ph.D with original work as evidenced by patents/ publications with about 10 years of R&D experience.

(3) SCIENTIST-IV .. 2 Posts (One post is Reserved for OBC))

Qualifications : 1st Class BE in Mining/Civil Engineering /1st Class M.Sc. in Applied Geophysics/Applied Geology with 12 years experience (or) M.Tech./ME/Ph.D with original work as evidenced by patents/ publications with about 12 years of R&D experience.               

(4) SCIENTIST-V ..  
Qualifications : (1) 1st Class BE in Mining/Civil Engineering /1st Class M.Sc. in Applied Geophysics/Applied Geology with Post Gradudate qualifications in Rock Mechanics. (2) 15 years of experience in Research/Teaching/Industry with original work in Rock Mechanics as evidenced by patents/publications..

(5) FINANCE & ACCOUNTS OFFICER 
Qualifications : Must be a Graduate with ACA/ICWA/SAS qualification

(6) OFFICE ASSISTANT-I (HINDI) . 

Qualifications : (1) Must be a Graduate and be able to type 40 wpm in Hindi. (2) Minimum of 2 years of professionalwork experience in Hindi typing.

(7) SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT-I .. 
Qualifications : B.Sc (PCM) / Diploma in Mining/Mechanical Engineering/Technology of three years full time duration or its equivalent from a recognized Technical Board/University 

(8) TECHNICIAN-I .. 

Qualifications : S.S.L.C with ITI Trade Certificate of 2 years duration

(9) DRIVER GRADE-I . 

Qualifications : S.S.L.C with LMV driving license with two years experience in reputed firm/ organization.
