There is immediate requirement of Senior Residents (Hospital Services) in the
following departments:-

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
M.S. (General Surgery) or any other equivalent qualification recognized by MCI.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit 35 years as on 16.10.2012(Tuesday)

Interested candidates are required to appear for a walk-in-interview on 16.10.2012 at 3.00 p.m.
in the Urology Department. The candidates must bring following documents for submission in
the Academic Section along with his application.
• A Bank draft of Rs.200/- in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Academic Account” payable
at SBI, SGPGI Branch, Lucknow.
• One recent passport size photograph
• Xerox copies/originals of all relevant certificate and testimonial.
Candidate should fill the prescribed application form available with Academic Section/ Urology Department before theinterview on 16.10.2012.
