1)Must have prior experience of US Staffing
2)Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening
3)Good command over various search tools & techniques
4)Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment
5)Willing to work as per US EST timings (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM)

Role & Responsibility:-
1) Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
2)Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
3)Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster and Dice),
4)Responsible to work on Permanent, C2H (Contract to Hire) and Contract position.
5)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
6)Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
