01. Job Description:

Position: Front End Developer and/or Web Designer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of web applications and components.
• Responsible for the design and development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs.
• Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
• Utilizes storyboarding and graphic pre-designs where appropriate.

Required Skills:

• Excellent HTML, XHTML, CSS programming skills
• Coding valid XHTML and CSS mark-up
• Developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
• Understanding of JavaScript & JQuery programming skills
• Knowledge of creating rich interactive content
• Skills on Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator, Fireworks,Flash,Dreamviewer and some web designing  tools

Position: PHP Developer Fresher

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the MVC model of development
• Good Sound Knowledge on popular opensource CMS’s – Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge on PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, even AJAX is an Advantage
• Understanding of working with MySQL or other database, including database design, writing complex queries, tuning and stored procedures.

Position: PHP Developer Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and development of web based applications using PHP, Joomla, Ajax.
• Analyze requirements for technical feasibility and communicate issues effectively with internal team members and external clients.
• Database Design on MySql.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1.5 - 3 years of experience in PHP
• Should have working experience on HTML / XHTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, MySql, Webservices, AJA.
• Experience with one or more of the Content Management Systems(CMS) like Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, WordPress OR Magento
• Good oral and written communications, team player

Designation: Web Analyst or Search Engine Optimizer with 0.6 - 2 years experience in SEM, SEO.

Desired Skills:

• Must have knowledge of on-page & off-page Optimization
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms.
• Knowledge of web promotions.
• Knowledge of HTML, Websites, Internet, Social Networking sites, forums etc.
• Preference for trained SEO freshers also preferred.
• Good Knowledge on Meta Tags and Keyword Analyzing.

Job Description

• Strategize, Execute and Manage Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Link Popularity and Social Media campaigns for high-end clients.
• Keyword Research: Experience with tools like Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, Google Adwords Keyword Tool
• Implement and execute the marketing plans for various online marketing programs, including client engagements and interactions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis.

Candidate Profile

• Hands on Experience on various marketing tools including Wordtracker, Web Position Gold, NetTracker, etc. Should also know the Web Directories submission.
• Knowledgeable about natural/organic search engine optimization tactics and how web metrics are tracked (http headers, redirect, tracking pixels, etc.)
• Has current knowledge of latest industry trends with Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.
• Hands on experience with HTML and CSS.
• Web Analytical skills including ability to monitor traffic, understand click throughs and select relative data for analyzing future action.
• Highly Proficient with English Writing and Speaking Skills.
• Strong execution and implementation skills.
