Nidhi Gupta has left a new comment on your post "National Micro Credit Control Organisation - Credi...":

do i need to send the application form through ordinary post only??? i don't have much time left and i fear that my application would not be delivered on time if i send it through ordinary mail.. please tell me what to do..

Dear Nidhi Gupta,
Try to send through ordinary post only( enquire at your regional post office how many days it will took time to reach your application to the destination end .

NOTE 1:
Postal address:(destination End)
(The REGIONAL DIRECTOR, NATIONAL MICRO CREDIT CONTROL
ORGANISATION Post Bag : 01 Kolkata-700016) on or before the date of NOV 10,2012.

NOTE 2 :Please read the notification PDF Very Carefully.

CLOSING DATE :

The ON-LINE applications can be submitted till 11.59 P.M. on Oct . 30, 2012 after which the
link will be disabled.

OFF-LINE Application or the printout of the ON-LINE Application, as the case may be, should
reach the NMCCO Office on or before 6.00 P.M. on November 10,2012.(still two weeks left right from today onwards) to submit your application form through ordinary post (in case of online submission leads to failure ).

NOTE3 :
Candidates should apply either by ON-LINE mode (followed up by sending a printout of the
ON-LINE application) or OFF-LINE mode. They should not submit application by both the
modes. Duplicate applications will be rejected.

I hope you have sufficient time to send through ordinary post( close date to receive your ordinary post Nov10th) . If you still have any doubts please reply back to GMI Blog.

Best Regards
GMI

i hav done all my inquiry...post office staffs' said that there is no guarantee of timely delivery or delivery at all through ordinary post... now what do i do?? would my application get rejected if i send it through speed post or something???

Dear Nidhi Gupta,
I would like to suggest you to apply through ordinary post only( as per the notification which is given by NATIONAL MICRO CREDIT CONTROL).

see Nidhi you have 13 days in your hand to process your application , which should be reach to their head office / postal Address.GMI assure you that your application will reach in time if u apply tomorrow itself .Nidhi don't think more on this please go-ahead as soon as possible apply through ordinary post only.(in India no ordinary post will take more than 15 days to deliver)

http://www.indiastudychannel.com/forum/49830-In-how-many-days-an-ordinary-post-posted-within-India.aspx - go to this link to know reviews on Delivery details

Note: with in GMI knowledge we don't think so they will reject application forms which will come through courier/Speed post(may be - sending through ordinary post means - to avoid the cost of burden of an applicant / to give benefit to gvt postal).

Still if you have doubts then follow your heart and choose which is your best choice among those two.

Regards
GMI
