Position	Project  Manager

Job Responsibilities	This is a site based leadership role to ensure that the projects are implemented within the time lines and  without cost over- run.  Sound Knowledge of Contract management is essential.  As head of site    team it is essential to have good leadership qualities, technical expertise, experience in fast track projects and good coordination capabilities with all stakeholders.  Candidates having experience in contract / project management and conversant in CPWD procedures, manuals/ specifications shall be given preference. Experience in healthcare sector related projects and knowledge of MS Office and project management tools are desirable.

Essential Qualification	BE/B.TECH (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)(Full-Time Course only) Diploma (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) (Full- Time Couse only)
Essential Experience	Minimum 12 -15 Years relevant experience. Relaxation shall also be given for candidates with exceptional track record.  Age relaxation shall be given for retired personnel from CPWD/SPWD/Other government departments or PSUs.  In the case of Diploma Holders retired from Govt. service minimum of 25 years is expected.

 

Position	ASSISTANT PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL)
Maximum Age	40 Years as on 01/April/2013
Consolidated Pay:	Rs.17,000-35,000/p.m.
Job Responsibilities	Day to day supervision, review and approval of contractor’s site activities, inventory control, supervision of site based testing, maintaining records, quality assurance , quantity survey, familiar with Total Station for site survey,  joint measurements with contractor and  safety inspections. Expect good communication skills and computer knowledge.
Location	Trivandrum, Puducherry and other Project sites in South India.
Essential Qualification	BE/B.TECH (CIVIL) (Full-Time Course Only) DIPLOMA (Civil Engineering)

Consolidated Pay:	Rs.15,000-20,000/p.m.
Job Responsibilities	Will have to work in shifts to provide 24 x 7 Facility support to the client.  Responsible for recording and resolution of complaints regarding operations at site, maintain logs for respective shift, manpower detailing and ensuring that work is carried out by the staff in shift as per the scope mentioned.

Essential Qualification	Graduation (Full-Time Course Only) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma (Hotel Management)
Essential Experience	Minimum one year experience in facility execution in hospital /hotel/tourism/ catering projects.

Job Responsibilities	Preventive and routine maintenance of electrical installations, air- conditioning etc.

Essential Qualification	DIPLOMA (ELECTRICAL) ITI (ELECTRICAL)
Essential Experience	3 Years for Diploma holders and 5 Years for ITI holders.  Technical expertise in handling electrical systems including Substation with HT/LT Panels, DG Set operations of at least 125 KVA DG Set, etc.
