Qualification :

• BE/ B.Tech candidates from 2013 batch with an aggregate of 70% and above.

Job Responsibilities :

• Review processes on a regular basis to remove redundancies and ensure optimization of employed resources

• Plan dependencies and processes per roll-out schedule for all new initiatives in existing as well as proposed lines of business

• Support business acceleration models – transition and “off-shoring” of title and closing business processes

• Support transition project for setting up offshore work share processes for dministrative services with various clients

• Support set up of a hybrid model (off and on shore) for new domain intensive business processes

• Miscellaneous business initiatives, projects, audit & compliance related activities

• Document process changes/ new processes in existing as well as proposed lines of business

KRA :

• Identify, crystallize and present opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the production team for implementation

• Support implementation and initial process hand-holding for the production team

• Ensure readiness of implementation plans, dependency mapping and road map charting well in time for production kickoffs for new processes/ geographies

• Monitor the requirements, framework conditions & progress of projects

• Track key project parameters and milestones

• Ensure process compliance with relevant state laws and practices

• Perform process audit from time to time to ensure adherence to defined standards

Skills ( Mandatory) : SQL and Analytical Skills

Salary Range : INR 3.2 Lacs P.A

Required Profile :

1. Willing to work in rotational shifts.

2. Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
