Must have skills: General skills: Effective communication Programming :Core Java/J2EE, Spring, Web Services ,Perl/Python scripting,Pl/SQL. Operating Systems: Linux, Solaris Applications/Tools: Oracle, Tomcat, Eclipse, Struts, Hibernate and any other data analysis/mining tools. Networking: Basic networking knowledge – CCNx certifications is a plus. Domain: Network Management (FCAPS), TM Forum eTOM/ITIL, OSS/BSS. Soft-skills: Self-driven, Team player with effective presentation/communication skills. Education/Experience: Typically requires BSEE/CS combined with 1-3 years of related experience.
