This posting is for interns for upto 11 months duration in the Advanced Technologies and Engineering Technologies group in the Engineering function of GE Aviation located at Bangalore.
Focus areas of the technologies groups would be: Mechanical Design, Dynamics, Combustion Aero, Thermal Systems design, Prelim Design, Turbine- Aero and Accoustics.
Preference would be given to students from campuses where GE Aviation has University tie-ups.
- Carry out the intern project with guidance from mentors on an indentified area. - Conduct a literature survey in the area of the technology area - Duration of the intreship is 3 months to 11 months - Focus on learning and application of learning during the assignment
-Undergraduate or Post Graduate students from Mechanical/Aerospace engineering department (BS/BE/Btech or MS/ME/Mtech). -Internship requirement as part of curriculum and required for completion of their academic degree program for 2013.
