JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
B.E/ MCA freshers with 60% throughout with no backlogs
Training in manual testing would e an added advantage
Work Details :
Work with the product, custom projects team and developers to understand requirement specifications to understand the product / project details and write out test cases
Prepare Test plan, Test cases and test data
Setup of test environment along with the support of the system administration team
Execute test cases at different stages of the Product Life Cycle Alpha, Beta, Gold

Do an analysis of the bugs and provide reports on root cause
Trouble shoot and support production issues with little or no assistance
Communicate with team members and others to pro-actively resolve issues
Provide timely status report to the Manager
