JOB PURPOSE
Project Planning
Project Monitoring & tracking
Project control
KEY JOB OBJECTIVES
Micro level planning for System Integration.
Interface planning.
Identify critical path and project driving factor.
KEY TASKS
Preparation of detail work schedule for system integration and T & C.
Preparation of Sub contractor program and monitoring.
DPR for system works.
Prepare weekly dashboard report.
Prepare and update Procurement chart, progress presentation, and executive report.
Coordination /meeting with civil contractor/system integration department.
Prepare project tracking chart to have close monitoring on actual work progress.
Preparation of rolling programme with respect to the actual work situation.
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report.
Resource allocation for system works.
Coordination with other departments & system sub contractor.
Design tracking for sub contractor works.
