Job Responsibilities:-
- Technical Support for STAAD.Pro and other Bentley's Infrastructural Development Softwares.
- Responsible for Product Technical Demonstrations.
- Understanding Customer Requirements.
- Objection Handling.
- Work with other technical team members in benchmarking (responding customer's design & technical requirements).
- Beating the competition technically.
- Responsible for effective implementation of STAAD.Pro V8i and other Bentley Suite of solutions by conducting orientation programs.
- Supporting customers over leveraging the software capabilities.
- Resolving user application queries or problems.
- Work closely with technical team to refine technical development plans based upon user inputs.
Other Responsibilities:-
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
- Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router for troubleshooting as and when required.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to ATeN's Support Services best practices.
