- Experience/ exposure in a business strategy or analysis capacity in a corporate or consulting setting.
- Experience with the tax and accounting information industry, international business, and business process automation software desired.
- Skills in developing strategies in a hypothesis-driven mode, incorporating analytical proof as needed.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; experience with spreadsheets or other quantitative modelling.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization.
- Ability to discuss complex strategic topics.
- Ability to self-direct analytical tasks based on a work plan.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven skills in writing compelling storylines, both in slide and text formats.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
- Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint .
