Responsibilities
# Knowledge Management: Document and share own learning from the project (technically as well as from domain
perspective); seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects to drive higher efficiency effectiveness and
preserve organization knowledge.
# Client Management: Participate in handling customers as onsite coordinator to provide right level of information to the
customer and the PM and to undertake onsite specific activities of the project to ensure successful delivery of the project.
# Maintenance: All the activities listed above to enhance the application and maintain the quality as per the requirements,
SLAs.
# Production Support: Respond to the issues assigned, do analysis, and participate in estimating the effort needed to
implement solution or work around; suggest / implement work around; communicate to all the stakeholders, and close the
issue as per the agreed timelines to ensure support availability as per agreed SLAs.
# Transition: Participate and prepare KT sessions, document the understanding, and take on shadow support to take up or
transfer the Primary Responsibility activities.
# Warranty: Respond to production issues, arrive at a solution with inputs from stakeholders, participate in estimating the
effort needed to implement solution, and test and implement the solution to enable the application availability as per agreed
Service Levels.
# Implementation: Participate in creating the implementation plan as per the project level quality plan and work on go live
activities as per the Implementation plan to enable production of application without any issues.
# Testing: Perform Validation activities (functional, integration, system, User experience) based on the plans, identification
and validation of defects found (Including UAT), and creation and reviewing of Artifacts (Test Scripts, Documentation,
Automation, Setups); and participate in performance testing to ensure a quality Deliverable.
# Development: Develop and review Artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts), conduct reviews for self and peers;
conduct unit test and document unit test results for complex programs to build the application and make it ready for
Validation / Delivery.
# Architecture: Participate in creating application architecture document to provide deliverables in line with architectural
requirements.
# Design: Do impact analysis, participate in high level design, create design specifications as per the high level design, and
create unit test plans for complex programs to develop / validate / maintain the application as per the requirements.
# Requirements Gathering: Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the
specifications with inputs from business analysts and participate in creating high level estimate as well as in translating the
same to systems requirements to create a systems requirements document and participate effectively in the design,
development and testing phases of the project.
# Estimation: Participate in the estimation of work product to provide right information to TL/PM for overall project
estimation.
Requirements
# Bachelor#s degree
# A Minimum 3.5 years of experience with listed Responsibilities and skillsets is required for this role
# Skill or Experience requirements: Mandatory Skills
- .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, AJAX/JQuery and UI skills
- Should have worked on large scale databases and data migrations
# Preferred Skills
- SSAS experience, Datawarehousing concepts
- Oracle and PL/SQL Experience
# Ability to multi-task, seamlessly shift priorities, work under time constraints and resolve detailed issues without losing sight
of the big picture.
# Effectively documents or verbally communicates technical issues and ideas in a clear, concise, and accurate manner that
is understood by the target audience.
# Demonstrates solid analytical skills
# Easily identifies workload priorities, criticality and time demands.
# Achieves appropriate levels of quality. Manages the completion of deliverables on time and as promised.
# This role requires flexibility to relocate within the United States
