walk in Interview Details 

 

* The candidate will be working on, implementing software applications within a client’s environment, including software configuration, data initialization, data migration, system integration/data interface, and equipment and application installation and set-up.

* The candidate will be working on Microsoft SQL Server 2008, FileMaker Pro 11
* The candidate should have excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Ability to think forward and evaluate process and tools for process improvement efforts.
* The candidate should be able to maintain effective verbal and written communication with customers.
* Monitors open client issues until successful completion.
* Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.
* Escalates irresolvable or concerning issues to engineering as appropriate.
* Document customer information and detailed problem descriptions in a call tracking software program.
* Works with users to set realistic expectations and timelines.
* Works collaboratively with team members.

Experience: 0 to 1 yrs
Education: (UG – B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, B.Sc – Any Specialization) AND (PG – MCA – Computers, M.Tech – Any Specialization, M.Sc – Any Specialization)
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Degree in Computer Information Technology or Computer Science.
* Understanding of relational databases.
* Should have knowledge of Windows Enterprise desktop operating systems (XP and 7 professional/Enterprise, 64 bit versions).
* Windows Server (2008 R2) User Administration.
* Database Knowledge (SQL Server 2008).
* Should have knowledge of computer networking and wireless internet connections.
* The Candidate should be willing to work on night shifts.
