Job Description

Documentation/ verification Consumer Business Banking accounts by validating various regulatory documents submitted by customers. 

Ensure that all work assigned is processed as per Standard operating procedures and within the Turnaround Stipulated.

Ensure all exceptions, involving deviation from SOP's or inability to process the work within turnaround time is escalated to supervisor/Manager.

Meet the productivity/UPH/quality targets benchmark.

Follow all the Audit/Compliance policies related to process

Qualifications

·         Bachelors degree in Commerce - Preferably first class pass percentage ( no Post graduates)

·         Fresher / work experience 0-24 months, preferably in back office/financial industry

·         Knowledge of Business Email writing

·         Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications particularly Excel

Soft Skills

• Decent communication with excellent inter-personal skills
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent Client focus and Customer care working practices  
• Good team player with positive attitude towards working hours on account of business requirement
• Accurate and self motivated with good problem solving skills and project management skills
• Solid intellectual capacity for process improvements

Candidates should be flexible to work in night shifts (timings might vary according to process requirements)
