National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project (NATRiP) invites application for the post
Qualification/Experience:
a) Officers belonging to Central/State Govt./PSUs/ Large Government infrastructure projects in the analogous posts with two years service in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100/-+ Grade pay of Rs. 6600/- or in the Grade pay of Rs. 5400/- with at least 4 years of service may apply.

Deputy Manager (Automobile)- Vehicle Evaluation Laboratory
Qualification/Experience:
a) Responsibility for efficient usage of tracks.
b) Jointly responsible for the profitability and growth of the Centre/division under purview as relevant.
c) Ensuring achievement of financial target of the lab.
d) Ensuring overall achievement of KRAs (key result areas) for the division.
e) Bachelors degree or Diploma in Automobile engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution.
f) Should have 6-8years experience in testing of automobile components/ vehicles.
g) Experience in CMVR tests, vehicle testing instruments and test procedures and knowledge of calibration of the instruments.
h) Excellent in communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Officer on Special Duty
Qualification/Experience:
a) Recently retired Central/ State Government Sr. Officer to run and manage a Hill Driving training institute, Mechanics Institute and Inspection and maintenance center.
b) Preference will be given to incumbent well versed in IT skill with good background of industry/ automotive sector.
Deputy Manager (Mechanical)- Photometric Laboratory
Qualification/Experience:
a) Responsibility for efficient usage of the safety components test facilities.
b) Ensuring achievement of financial target of the lab.
c) Maintenance of the test facilities and ensure the accreditation of the lab.
d) Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution.
e) Should have 6-8years experience in testing of automobile components/ vehicles.
f) Experience in CMVR tests, vehicle testing instruments and test procedures and knowledge of calibration of the instruments.
g) Excellent in communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Senior Engineer (Automobile)- Vehicle Evaluation Laboratory
Qualification/Experience:
a) Provide support for smooth and efficient functioning of test tracks.
b) Assisting in technical meetings.
c) Maintenance of test tracks and conducts the test.
d) Bachelors degree or Diploma in Automobile engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution.
e) Should have 3-6 years with experience in testing of automobile components/ vehicles.
f) Experience in CMVR tests, vehicle testing instruments and test procedures and knowledge of calibration of the instruments.
g) Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
Project Engineer (Civil -Highways)
Qualification/Experience:
a) Quantity Surveying Engineering functions of the project.
b) Checking and controlling projects bill of quantity used in Testing track/ Roads/ Bridges and track related structure.
c) Assisting in preparation/controlling/ approval of items.
d) Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution.
e) Should have 6-8 years with experience in the field of Highway, Runway and related work in execution.
f) Experience in quantity and estimation for building and highway works.
g) Experience and Knowledge in quantity surveying software for construction of testing tracks/ roads/bridges and track related civil structure, hands on experience in fund flow, budgeting and maintenance of records.
h) Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
Project Engineer (Civil - Building And Highways)
Qualification/Experience:
a) Quantity Surveying Engineering functions of the project.
b) Checking and controlling projects bill of quantity used in buildings/Testing track/ Roads/ Bridges/steel structure etc.
c) Assisting in preparation/controlling/ approval of items.
d) Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution.
e) Should have 6-8 years for degree and 8-10 years diploma with experience in the field of buildings, steel structure, Highway and related work in execution.
f) Experience in quantity and estimation for building and highway works.
g) Experience and Knowledge in execution of PEB, steel structure and construction of buildings, roads/bridges and track related civil structure, hands on experience in fund flow, budgeting and maintenance of records.
h) Experience in on Auto CAD, MS Office and should be excellent in communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Design Engineer (Highways)
Qualification/Experience:
a) Handling the overall Design work related to Testing track/ Roads/ Bridges.
b) Bachelors M. Tech. Highways or Degree in Civil engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution with experience of 2-4 years for M Tech. and 4-6 for B. Tech.
c) Should be aware CPWD/MORTH codes and specifications.
d) Experience in on Auto Cad, MS office.
Engineer (Civil)
Qualification/Experience:
a) Responsible for design of structures for both RCC and steel and optimization generation of STAAD outputs and preparations of Design reports, Inputs to the drafting teams.
b) Coordinating the overall project activities at the Project Implementation Unit.
c) Monitoring the utility planning, installation and commissioning and procurement of civil works at each of the project sites.
d) Assisting in project planning, facility layouts.
e) Assisting in negotiation with contractors.
f) Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution.
g) Should have experience of 6-8 years for degree and 8-10 years for Diploma.
h) Knowledge of Government Rules and Standards.
i) Should be aware of MS Office and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
Qualification/Experience:
a) Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with good academic record from a reputed university / institution with 0-2 years for degree and 2 - 4 years for diploma .
b) Should be aware of MS Office and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
Procurement Officer
Qualification/Experience:
a) Coordination with the user department for planning and complete action on tender floating.
b) Preparation of NIT, advertisement and commercial tender documents etc.
c) Complete documentation with all tenders and bidders.
d) Contract award and contract handling.
e) Coordinate Sale of Tender, Receipt of Bids, Getting clarifications on bids, change in schedule and opening of financial bids.
f) Track Bids and their validities.
g) Prepare Contractual documents.
h) Bachelors degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputed institution. MBA desired.
i) Relevant experience of about 6-8 yrs.
j) Should have experience in handling engineering goods procurement from domestic and international sources.
k) Good Communication Skills with automotive knowledge and experience is preferred.
l) Should be well versed with the procurement and tendering procedures followed by Government of India guidelines.
Executive Assistant- Accounts
Qualification/Experience:
a) Maintenance of Accounting books and reconciliation of accounts.
b) Handling foreign letter of credits issued, FDRs.
c) Handling foreign remittances.
d) Controlling bank guarantees (PBG, BG, EMDs).
e) Handling Payroll- TDS
f) Assist in the production, analysis and review of balance sheets and other financial accounting services.
g) Handling Insurance (storage, fire all risk), Renewal etc.
h) Handling staff mediclaim and group personal accident policies.
i) Assist in the conduct of External/ Internal audit.
j) Handling shipments from port to NATIS including custom clearances.
k) Bachelors degree in Commerce from a reputed institution. MCom Preferred.
l) Should have relevant experience of 5-10 years.
m) Proficient in TALLY and MS Office.
Executive Assistant- Administration/HR
Qualification/Experience:
a) Responsible for assisting in overall recruitment process.
b) Follow for the joining of candidates and complete the joining formalities.
c) Maintenance and updating of Employee database.
d) Assist in the overall HR/Administration functions.
e) Bachelors degree in Arts/Science/ Commerce from a reputed institution. MBA (HR)/ Personnel Management Preferred.
n) Should have relevant experience of 5-10 years in HR and administration work.
