Currently we are looking for three Service Sales Engineers.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify market potentials, opportunity and competitions and transfer into strategic planning
- Develop Business plan with Line Manager for increasing market share and related action plan.
- Convert Business Opportunities into PO related to of Service and Spares for Assigned Business Segment and achieve specified Targets. Evaluate new sales opportunities among customer base
- Assume the function of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for targeted customers in the related Business Segment.
- Maintain Data Base related to customer Installations, Enquiry Generated and Order Success rate.
- Exchange information between sales team and Head of Service Sales and vice versa and also establish necessary communication channel with Technology Centre / Product Centre.
- Evaluate customer needs and further communication within Outotec Services; matching sales opportunities and Outotec Service offering, promotion, recommendation and sales of Services BA products & services
- Provide necessary forecast for After Sales Service Business to Spare Parts Management Team.
- Co-operate with Global Product Centers for increasing market share, improve on product / spares / services offerings etc
- Co-operate with CAPEX sales Team and with rest of sales organization in sales and customer interface management
- Develop Business plan with Line Manager for increasing market share and related action plan.
