Job Description
Position Summary:
The test engineer will work on Remote Display testing for the Corporate Testing Team and will spend part time testing projects for the Geometry Test Team. As part of Remote Display testing, the engineer will test many combinations arising from numerous Remote Display products along with numerous platform configurations and many ANSYS, Inc. products. The engineer will also test Geometry modeling functionality for customer funded projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
Profile Description: Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Process Engineering or similar
Exposure to CAD/CAE tools by way of industrial experience or Academic projects
A thorough and careful approach to work; close attention to details and quality
Ability to establish good working relationships with development, testing, software quality assurance, and support staff.
General skills in planning and problem solving
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and Linux systems and programming/scripting languages is desirable
Knowledge of Remote Displays a plus
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Bachelors Degree in engineering field
Exposure to CAD/CAE tools
Excellent PC and communication skills (written and verbal)
