Caterpillar Recruitment Drive For Order Analyst Freshers - Bangalore - January 2013
- Coordinate/ liaise with APD departments, manufacturing plants, forwarders, banks, insurance companies, dealers and customers to facilitate order placement, shipment, documentation and collection related activities.
- Ensure invoices are issued in compliance with Corporate Invoicing Policy and in timely and accurate manner in compliance with Corporate SOX policies.
- Maintain proper control and monitoring of order related activities.
- Manage logistic arrangement and have knowledge of VAT and Import/Export regulations of exporting/importing countries
Desired Profile:
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Good communication skills
- Some knowledge of Caterpillar Order Process, Caterpillar Products, Letter of Credit,Logistics and Financing

POSITION : Order Analyst
DEPARTMENT : APDS/ Finance & Orders Div.
REPORTS TO : Orders Supervisor
LOCATION : Bangalore
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Process dealers orders using Cat Corporate Ordering Systems
• Coordinate/ liaise with APD departments, manufacturing plants, forwarders, banks, insurance companies, dealers and customers to facilitate order placement, shipment, documentation and collection related activities.
