Junior Process Associate - CLA02614
Role Summary:
Processes standard claims within authority, completes basic claims
related work such as billing, terminations, distributions and/or policy
cancellations. Contacts claimants or service providers to clarify or
obtain information.
Learning the basic elements of the job, including policies and
procedures. Tasks may include basic data entry for claims, billing, and
underwriting. May support office procedure: simple document processing,
completion of standard forms/letters for mailing to client.
