Job Description

::

1.application’s Production environment's Operations Support woring on 24X7 rotational shifts
2.Maintain application’s proactive monitoring to mitigate unplanned system downtime
3.Drive application specific SLAs
4.Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of technical & Functional issues across group of corportae Applications 
5.Coordinates with Solutions team, Data Quality and Production Control teams to plan issue resolution timelines and execute deliveries

6. Create new users, user security and profiles

7.Prepare documentation

8. Follow SDLC methodologies across all  development activities involved with
9. Open to various technologies 

Job Requirements

B.Tech or MCA in IT systems
2. Very Good Analytical abilities 8. Excellent communication skills
