Will be the primary point of Contact and sole owner to ensure application availability to the customer.
Load and maintain customer reference data like rate sheet, agreements etc in the production application.
Load CDR, network data, circuit information and monitor their progress.
Suspense and Error monitoring Errors in CDR loading, bill generation,
reconciliation etc to be monitored. Root cause of each to investigated
and reported. Any additional reference data if needed should be setup if
needed..
Generate operational reports that can be shared with the
Operational team & customer. These would include reports like files
process, outputs generated and error status etc.
Analyse new
requirements and understand the feasibility to support them in the
existing application. Should demonstrate technical leadership in
translating business requirements to Product Configurations.
Monitor production environment for anomalies if any. Issues once
identified need to be followed up with the concerned internal and
external partners and tracked to closure.
Interact with the customer to resolve application issues in the stipulated SLAs.
Provide supporting data and reports to internal team members like
Billing Analyst for investigation and analysis. To be conversant with
the environment software and work on SQL/ Oracle.
Deploying product
fixes, maintenance patches, reference data on server without impacting
the operations of the application and meeting the set SLAs.
Maintain and update the job card, Issue resolution handbook to be shared and used for other similar projects.
